Effective October 21, 2026. Publisher: TekJeep (Nick Duncan). Contact: tekjeep@gmail.com.
This policy covers the Driving Game Android app (com.tekjeep.drivinggame, including the Android Auto and Android Automotive versions) and the website drivinggame.pages.dev.
Lesson stars, coins, car choice, difficulty, accessibility settings, controller or wheel mappings and your Daily Trail streak are stored in the app's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them; you can also use Settings → Reset game progress.
Tilt steering reads your phone's motion sensor on the device while you play. Controller and wheel input is read on the device to drive the car. Neither is stored or sent. The app uses vibration for haptic feedback. It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or files.
The home-screen widget shows your Daily Trail streak and best time, read from on-device storage.
All of this is sent encrypted over HTTPS/WSS. This data is used only to run those features and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. Cloudflare, which hosts the services, may log standard request data such as IP address for security.
To delete your chat messages, feedback or sign-in account, email tekjeep@gmail.com with your handle, and we will delete it within 30 days. On-device data is deleted by uninstalling the app or using Reset game progress.
Game progress on the website is stored in your browser's local storage. The same site-links panel, optional chat, feedback and sign-in apply as described above.
Links to other sites (for example Buy Me a Coffee) open in your browser and follow those sites' policies.
The game is meant for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
We will update this page and its effective date if anything changes.
